Soo much fun talking to this nervous, sweet lady!
JoAnn tells us how life was before we started cleaning her facility, and how it is now. Love the fact that she is SOO happy, and that she no longer has to clean up after the cleaning company! She is no longer wasting time calling them and leaving messages (because they don’t answer), nor is she stressed that they aren’t doing their job. She is able to better focus on her work and be more productive!
