Starting out as “Perdomo Carpet Cleaning” in 2010, Industrial Office Cleaning has evolved into a commercial janitorial business. We are family owned and operated, and in these past 10 years, we have grown to serve several businesses in the Michiana Area, cleaning over 1,000,000 (yes, that’s 1 million) sq. ft. per month!

We have grown to learn that keeping our word, fulfilling our end of the bargain, and keeping our clients happy and stress-free is what we LOVE!
